About
I came to be a therapist through personal experience with hardship and self-aggression.
Mid-career challenges led me to understand the value of reflection and therapeutic support while dealing with a professional transition. I now support clients who are experiencing their own transitions and struggles, including with depression, anxiety, grief, and difficult relationships.
I believe in the power of compassion and presence.
I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, where I specialized in Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology. I also have a Juris Doctor from Indiana University, Bloomington - Maurer School of Law, and received my Bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
